Fine Art is the purest expression of visual creativity, tied to the mediums of old-world masters. Over the course of the millennia, these arts have been refined and improved, techniques evolved with cultural changes. This exhibit welcomed audiences to see the ever-evolving form of fine art, explore the techniques of practicing artists, in the now. (25 artist’s showcased)

Assembled in the early stages of the Coronavirus Pandemic, this two-part virtual art exhibition was used to emphasize the necessity and resiliency of artists and artworks during difficult periods of time. LEAPS AND BOUNDS
February 12 – March 14, 2020
This show was created and envisioned to explore the various emotional facets of growth in people’s lives. This show focused on the feelings and sensations prompted by change, whether through anxious flutters or the receding of long-held beliefs. It explored how as we “leap forward,” it is with hindsight that we realize how past experiences tested, developed and prepared us for a whole new cycle. (48 artist’s showcased)
AUTUMN LIMINALITY
October 9,- November 2, 2019
This art exhibition explored the threshold of mystery worlds that interrupts familiar reality. This show was created between the autumn equinox and the winter solstice, during a time of year where our eyes look for a future and our minds linger on the past. (23 artist’s showcased)
IN THE WILD

This show explored the impressive wildlife that we share this world with. Juried by Michael Pape, curated by Regan Hayward, this show recognized the awe-inspiring power of animals and habitats to bring us closer to nature. (19 artist’s showcased)
TRANSITIONS

The movement from one state of being to another. From sunshine to sunset, from season to season, this show explored the way these transitions create a productive and dynamic disruption. (26 artist’s showcased)
HOLDING SPACE WITH PHOTOGRAPHIC GRACE Contact Photography Festival

This annual exhibition was juried by Fausta Facciponte and curated by Regan Hayward in partnership with the Scotiabank Contact Photography Festival. The exhibit called for artworks that highlight photographic perspectives on physical spaces in the public domain that stand out for perspective visual reasons. (15 artist’s showcased)
12TH ANNUAL JURIED FINE ART SHOW 2019

This collection of contemporary art featured a wide array of vibrant pieces that reflect the diversity of our creative community. This show was juried by Lynne Schumacher and curated by Regan Jane Hayward. (22 artist’s showcased)
CITY SPACES AND CULTURAL PLACES
June 27 – July 14, 2018
This exhibit was inspired by the creation of the City of Brampton’s first Cultural Master Plan. This exhibit bridged Hayward’s curating career with her work with local government and demonstrated her appreciation for local culture and heritage. This exhibition explored the contribution that citizens make to city building and the influences that cultural places have on people. Artworks depicted both familiar and forgotten cultural spots; and reflected on the diversity, heritage, artistry and evolving values occurring in our city spaces. (15 artist’s showcased)
THE NEW NORMAL
January 31 – March 3, 2018
This show reflected the fast-paced world we live in, where current events keep us living in in a very emotionally charged environment. Collectively and individually, our current age challenges us to make changes toward situations or circumstances that are outdated and no longer effective. (14 artist’s showcased)
THE SEDULOUS SELFIE
February 21 – March 4, 2017
This show was centered around the growing phenomena of “the selfie”, taken from the perspective of it being a show of dedication and diligence toward self-portraiture as an object of self-reflection. This art exhibition served as a display of humanness and sought to invite more meaningful interactions between artists and their audiences. (13 artist’s showcased)
THE ART OF DARKNESS AND LIGHT: SHADOWS AND SOPHISTICATION
October 25 -November 5, 2016
This group exhibition featured artworks that were chosen for their ability to refine and reveal the infinite relationship of dark and light. Audiences were invited to view an exhibition that welcomed the visuals of ghosts, goblins and other-worldly souls, all in the spirit of Halloween delight. (12 artist’s showcased)
